Pricing by Stitch Count
All prices are per piece, per location. Stitch count is determined by your artwork during digitizing. We'll confirm the count before production begins.
Small
Left chest logo, cap front, small badge, sleeve tag
Medium
Jacket back (simple), large chest, polo logo, sleeve design
Large
Full back design, large patches, complex multi-color artwork
X-Large
Oversized back, detailed scenic designs, large team logos
Complex
Photorealistic designs, intricate patterns, full-coverage artwork
Custom
3D puff, specialty thread, museum-quality pieces, full garment coverage
Stitch counts are estimates until digitizing is complete. Final price is confirmed before production. Complex artwork with gradients, fine detail, or very small text may require design adjustments to embroider cleanly.

Quantity discounts apply automatically to the per-piece embroidery price. Discounts are per design, per order.

48 pieces of a left-chest logo at 8,000 stitches (Medium tier, $8.50/pc) → 15% volume discount → $7.23/pc × 48 = $347.04 embroidery total (garments additional).
Garment Locations
Standard placement is left chest (included). Additional locations are priced per piece. All sizes are maximum embroidery area.

Full Front

Full Back
Max size: Up to 14"×16"
Sleeve (one)
Max size: Up to 3"×8"
Cap Front

Multiple locations on the same garment each count separately. A left chest + full back design is billed as two separate embroidery charges. Hooping fees may apply for difficult-to-hoop locations like collars and cuffs.
Elevate Your Design
Add-on techniques that transform standard embroidery into something extraordinary. Surcharges are per piece, in addition to base stitch-count pricing.
3D Puff Embroidery
+$2.00/pcFoam underlay creates a raised, dimensional effect. Popular for caps and bold logos.
Metallic Thread
+$1.50/pcGold, silver, copper, and holographic metallic threads for premium, eye-catching designs.
Appliqué
+$3.00/pcFabric pieces stitched onto the garment for texture, color, and a handcrafted look.
Glow-in-the-Dark Thread
+$2.50/pcPhosphorescent thread that glows after light exposure. Great for safety and novelty pieces.
Digitizing & Setup
Digitizing is a one-time fee — once your design is digitized, we store it on file for all future orders at no additional charge. Bring your own DST/EMB file and skip the digitizing fee entirely (subject to approval).
